Louisville Slugger TPS Zephyr Softball Bat: FPXZ Fastpitch

Louisville Slugger proudly introduces the TPS Zephyr, an internally designed and manufactured composite fastpitch softball bat. The new TPS Zephyr features multiple layers of aerospace grade graphite and S-glass fibers which are embedded in a specially designed toughened epoxy resin or more specifically the 7C Composite Design. Each layer is precisely positioned at an angle determined by our exclusive, computer-designed pattern. This results in a bat with the optimum combination of performance and durability. Everything from the bat design to the equipment used to manufacture the bat was developed by the Louisville Slugger Composites R&D Lab. Controlling every aspect of design and manufacturing ensures that every bat is consistently produced to Louisville Slugger’s high quality standards
